Obituary
Lakeside- Mr. Spencer F. Stanley, 55, died unexpectedly Thursday, October 22, at his home. He was the husband of Elizabeth (Gass) Stanley.
Mr. Stanley was born in Waterbury on February 22, 1954 son of the late Spencer F. and Carolyn C. (Yarrow) Stanley. Raised in Waterbury he attended local schools and attended Kennedy High School and the Porter and Chester Institute. He had worked for Pitney-Bowes for many years and was currently employed by the Town of Morris in the Highway Department. Spencer loved the outdoors and had a lifelong passion for music.
In addition to his wife he is survived by one sister, Lisa and many cousins and friends. He was predeceased by two sisters, Linda and Barbara Stanley.
Arrangements: Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 26, at 10:00 A.M. at the Bergin Funeral Home 290 East Main St. Waterbury. Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Watertown. Calling hours are Sunday, October 25, from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
