Obituary
Waterbury- Theresa D. "Scooter" Ross, 51, died Wednesday evening, April 18, at St. Mary's Hospital.
Theresa was born in Waterbury on June 24, 1960. She was raised in Waterbury, attended local schools and was a graduate of Wilby High School class of 1978. She had served honorably in the United States Army as a radio operator. She loved cooking, church and time with her grandson and family.
She is survived by two sons, Christopher J. Ross of Glassport, PA and James A. Ross of Willimantic; her grandson, Skyler Ross of Glassport, PA and her significant other, Ronald Gaetano of Waterbury. She was predeceased by a son, John M. Ross.
Arrangements: Funeral services will be held on Saturday morning, April 21, at 9:00 A.M. from the Bergin Funeral Home 290 East Main St. to the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception for mass of Christian burial at 9:30 A.M. Burial with full military honors will follow in the Connecticut State Veterans Cemetery in Middletown. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday morning from 8:30 A.M. until time to leave for mass.
