New Haven – Mr. Thomas A. Radov, 88, passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2013 in New Haven, CT.
Thomas was born on April 21, 1925 in Manhattan, NY, son of the late Anton and Barbara (Lovieta) Radov. He served honorably in the United States Army during WWII reaching the rank of T-4 Sergeant. Following the War, Thomas served as a Radio Operator (RO), and later a Radio Electronics Officer (REO) on the S.S. Monmouth for over 40 years until his retirement.
Thomas is survived by his brother; John Radov and his wife Barbara, of Waterbury; seven nieces and nephews; three great nephews; one great niece; and two great-great nephews.
