Tom was a devoted and loyal employee of the American Brass Metal Hose Division for over 40 years.  His employment with American Brass as a traveling sales executive garnered him an opportunity to enjoy lasting friendships in Connecticut, New Jersey, Texas, New York and where ever else his travels would take him. Post retirement Tom took pride in his employment with the Heritage Village Association in Southbury CT. as the Mini Van Driver.  He took great care and interest in his many passengers from "The Village". He loved to meet new people and leaves behind countless friends across the country.  He is a former member of the Knights of Columbus in Dallas Texas and was most recently a member of the Waterbury Elks Club #265.  Tom enjoyed community theatre and participated in the cast of Westside Story and 1776 with the Yorktown Theater Company.  His starring role was to sing Danny Boy at the wedding receptions of his children, nieces and nephews upon request.  He enjoyed playing golf with his son and brothers and the camaraderie of meeting with friends and brothers at his favorite neighborhood establishments. Above all Tom adored his wife Arlene, with whom he would be celebrating a Golden Anniversary with on November 28th 2009.  He loved and prided his children, daughter in law, sons in law, grandchildren and great grandchild.  His dedication, hard work and sacrifice through the years for his family earned him the unspeakable love and respect of his family.  Tom was a force to be reckoned with, with an exuberant personality, "the gift" of a full head of hair and a handsome smile that would light up any room he walked into.  He will be greatly missed, always loved and never forgotten.
