Waterbury – Mrs. Victoria Vilchez, 64, of Waterbury, passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2013 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, MA.
Victoria was born on December 23, 1948 in Junin, Peru, daughter of the late Domingo Huaringa and Vicenta Ortonez. She is survived by her five children, Magali, Christian, Ytala, Paulo and Jorge Vilchez.
