Waterbury - Virginia Claire Iannantuoni, affectionately known as "Ginny" to her friends and family, passed away on June 6, 2024, at the age of 65. Born on May 19, 1959 in Waterbury, she was the cherished daughter of Aline (Gatling) and Charles Vann. Waterbury was not only Ginny's birthplace but also her lifelong hometown.

Ginny's journey through life was marked by her devotion to her family and her love for Jehovah. She took great joy in telling others about him. She was a graduate of Crosby High School, class of 1977 and worked in the greater Waterbury community throughout the years–touching the lives of many people.

Ginny married Jonathan Iannantuoni. Together, they raised two wonderful children: Kyle and Jonna.

She is preceded in death by her father and her sisters Cheryl and Karen. She is survived by her children, her mother, a brother, David and three sisters, Charlene, Sandra, and Sheila. She also leaves a large extended family of nieces, nephews, and cousins, all of whom will dearly miss her.

A service for Ginny will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. at Bergin Funeral Home, 290 East Main St., Waterbury. Burial will be private.
