Obituary
Watertown- Mrs. Virginia (Noonan) Settle, 82, died Tuesday, April 7 at her home. She was the widow of Leroy G. Settle.
Mrs. Settle was born October 20, 1926 in Waterbury daughter of the late Matthew and Bridget (Raleigh) Noonan. She had been employed as a school nurse at the Episcopal High School in Alexandria, VA from 1973 to 1993. She received an award from the American Red Cross for providing life saving techniques for two individuals.
She is survived by two sons, Martin Settle and his wife Lois of Watertown and Dennis Settle of Maryland; one brother, Paul Noonan of Maryland; one sister, Eileen (Noonan) Kelly of Waterbury; five grandchildren, Matt, Katie, Anne, Daniel and Kristen and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by three brothers, Dennis, Francis and Matthew Noonan.
