Waterbury- Mr. Waldemar Nieves, 71, died Friday, May 23, at St. Mary's Hospital.
Waldemar was born November 19, 1942 in Corozal, Puerto Rico, son of the late Pedro Nieves and Mary Ayala.
He is survived by his son, Waldemar Nieves of Corozal; two daughters, Maria M. Montalvo of Oviedo, FL and Tanya Nieves of Corozal; two brothers, Oscar Nieves of Waterbury and Hector Nieves of San Juan; one sister, Sonia Nieves Burton of Orlando, FL and six grandchildren.
Arrangements: All funeral services will be held in Corozal, Puerto Rico. Local arrangements are in the care of the Bergin Funeral Home.
