Xhemal Zhuta 5/6/1942 - 9/17/2023 Wolcott – Mr. Xhemal "Jimmy" Zhuta, 81, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loving family, following his long battle with Alzheimer's. Xhemal, as so known as Jimmy, leaves behind two sons, Lumni and Avdulla with their wives, Lulzime and Agnesa, three daughters, Lunike, Makfiret and Mirdita, nineteen grandchildren; a great granddaughter and his wife Izmije, with whom he built his empire. His world revolved around his family, and he always made it known how much he loved them. Aside from being a family man, Jimmy was a friend to many, a true entrepreneur, a boss, a chef, and the ultimate pie man. Jimmy operated several restaurants alongside his sons, including J&J Pie Plate, Luiza's Diner, Jimmy's Family Restaurant (1&2), Unionville Family Restaurant and Freight Street Grill. Xhemal loved spending time at his home in Veleshta, Macedonia. His final resting place will be the first place he has ever known, alongside his parent's graves in his birth place. His life and legacy will continue to shine through his family, who love him very much. He will be missed dearly.
