Waterbury – Mrs. Loretta B. (Gorzelanczyk) Truscinski, 88, passed away on Saturday, August 10, at the Cheshire House in Waterbury.
Loretta was born November 11, 1930 in Manticoke, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Stanley and Anna (Klimitski) Gorzelanczyk.
She is survived by three sons, Edward Kordoski of Liaocheug, China, Jesus Lozada of Clearwater, FL and Anthony Lozada and his wife Debbie of Brooklyn, CT; two daughters, Susan Lugo and her husband Juan of Waterbury and Diane Davis and her husband Mark of Waterbury; three sisters, Rita Kordoski of Kensington and Anita and Constance Grigor, both of MD; fifteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Mark Paul Kordoski; her daughter, Marie Lozada; her brother, Anthony Grigor; her grandson, Jeremiah Lozada; her great-grandson, Trenton, Jr and her step father, William Grigor, who raised her.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, August 15, from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Bergin Funeral Home 290 East Main St. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday at 1:30 P.M. at the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
