Luz was born July 27, 1967 in Guyayanilla, Puerto Rico, daughter of the Marcos Santiago and Epifania Perez.

She is survived by her daughter Luz Rivera and her husband Bryan Gracia and her grandchildren Imael Izquierdo and Bryan I, Gracia
