Waterbury – Raymond Alan Blanc, 82, of Waterbury, passed away on Monday, December 9, 2019 at the Cheshire House following an extended illness. He was the loving husband of Marlene (Muckle) Blanc for 62 years.
Raymond was born on June 8, 1937 in Waterbury, son of the late Lawrence F. and Mabel L. (Smart) Blanc. Raymond was a Swiss Screw Machine Operator and a skilled carpenter. He also loved animals and the many years he was able to spend and work at his horse farm with his wife. Raymond cherished the time he was able to spend with his grandchildren most of all.
Besides his wife, Raymond is survived by his daughter, Rae Rebecca Davis; his son, Mark Raymond Blanc; four grandchildren, Bradley and Todd Davis, and Mark Jr., and Erica Blanc; two sisters, Marcia Hotchkiss, and Virginia Rediker; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held privately.
