Rogelio was born in Villalba, Puerto Rico on November 27, 1964, son of Rogelio Santiago Sr. and Virginmina (Negron) Santiago.
He leaves behind many siblings and extended family.
A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 23 at the Shrine of St. Anne (All Saints Todos Los Santos Parish), 515 South Main St. Waterbury. Masks are required during mass. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery.
